What is Whistleblowing and Why is it Important?
Il whistleblowing It is a mechanism that allows collaborators to report any illegal acts, regulatory violations or improper conduct within the company, in a confidential and protected manner.
Our reporting system is compliant with the Legislative Decree 24/2023, which implements EU Directive 2019/1937 on the protection of those who report breaches of Union law.
Reporting is an act of responsibility that helps to ensure the transparency, integrity and legality in our work environment. For this reason, the company is committed to protecting the identity of those who report and to taking measures against possible retaliation.
Who can report?
The whistleblowing channel is available to all those who have a relationship with our company, including:
- Employees and collaborators
- Self-employed workers, consultants and freelancers
- Volunteers and interns (even unpaid)
- Shareholders and members of the administrative, control or supervisory bodies
- Natural persons with administrative, management, control, supervisory or representative functions even when such functions are exercised on a mere de facto basis
- Former employees or potential candidates who have acquired information during the selection process
What can be reported?
Reports must concern violations of national or European regulations, including:
- Civil, criminal or administrative offences
- Fraud, corruption or conflicts of interest
- Violations of health and safety regulations at work
- Behaviours that damage the financial interests of the European Union
- Conduct that undermines the internal market and free competition
- Acts contrary to the ethical principles and internal regulations of the company
- Personal issues, such as individual labor disputes or requests for company benefits, cannot be reported.

To protect those who report, our company guarantees:
- Absolute confidentiality: the identity of the reporter will not be revealed without his/her consent
- No Retaliation: no discriminatory or punitive action may be taken against those who report in good faith
- Possibility to follow the status of the report via the platform
- Legal protection: protection against any unjustified sanctions or liabilities

- Written report: by filling out the online form on the platform
- Voice announcement: Via a recorded audio message
- In-person meeting: Requesting a private appointment with the Report Manager
- You can submit anonymous reports. However, providing your name makes it easier for us to analyze and process your report.
What happens after the report?
- Reception: You will receive confirmation of receipt within 7 days.
- Analysis: The Report Manager will evaluate the content and may request additions
- Internal Investigation: If the report is well-founded, checks and investigations will be carried out
- Final result: You will receive feedback on the outcome of your report within 3 months.
