Frameless glass door LBFL Plus

Polished flush doors with glass doors up to 150 kg

Frameless glass doors are a very elegant solution, used by architects who want to connect different environments, or the inside with the outside, without the view being disturbed by the door frame. These doors are called polished flush doors, doors without frame or doors profileless glass.

Structural element in steel sheet, with a thickness of 4 mm, folded and drilled. A welded plate is attached to the upper part drawn steel profile, with an omega section, where the fixing brackets to the automation are housed. The glass sheets inserted in the lamination are thermally tempered according to the Regulation IN 12150-2: 2005 and can have a thickness of 13-14 mm or 17-18 mm.

Areas of use

Fully glazed sliding door for interior and exterior. The minimalist and modern design It lends itself to any type of architecture and furniture. It is often used as:

  • counter door for hall of hotels, office buildings, museums, cinemas, shopping centres
  • access door on terraces, gardens, public places
  • partition mobile in offices or residential environments

Configuration

  • Sliding door available in single or double leaf versions
  • Possibility of adding fixed glass side doors
  • Installation on architrave or with integrated self-supporting profile in the system

Foil finish

  • Coating in l10/10 AISI 304 steel sheet. On request, it is possible to produce the aluminium sheet cladding with silver anodized finish or with v finishRAL herniated.

Safety: Automatic door for escape routes and safety requirements

  • The LBFL Plus glass door in the automatic version can be installed along escape routes or how Emergency Exit when paired with aredundant automation Revolus or equivalent.
  • The entrances comply with the regulations EN 16005

Custom-made structural element designed for the construction of a Maximum size mobile door ended up equal to: 

  • The (mm) = 1000
  • The (mm) = 1200
  • The (mm) = 1450

The final dimensions are made in accordance with the definition by part of the Customer; stainless steel cladding sheets are specific to the requested order.
The accessories they are those necessary for assembling the clamp and tightening the glass; spacer shims are excluded.

The Standard Finish
of the AISI 304 steel covers is Scotch-Brite brushed; others on request.
The customer proceeds with the complete development of the entrance; from survey to design to manufacturing and installation.
The installation in progress it is foreseen in the door frame with the automation fixed directly on the door lintel; alternatively it is possible to use the Self-supporting Support Profile as a structural element for anchoring the automation and the mobile doors.

Surface finishes for aluminium profiles

  • Anodic Oxidation Treatment in accordance with the QUALANOD EURAS/ EWAA quality mark guidelines.
    The treatments are carried out in full compliance with the EN ISO 7599 Standard “Anodizing of aluminum and its two alloys. General specifications for the anodic oxide layer”, performed on profiles pre-treated superficially by micro-shot peening or chemical satin finishing.
    The oxide thickness is 15 microns with hot dip fixing.
  • Thermosetting Powder Coating Treatment in accordance with the QUALICOAT quality mark guidelines.
    The treatments are carried out in full compliance with the EN 12206-1 Standard “Coatings of aluminium and aluminium alloys for architectural applications
    – Part 1: Coatings prepared from thermosetting powder materials”.
    The powders used are based on TGIC-free polyester resins in Class 1; the minimum thickness of a coating layer is 60 microns measured in accordance with the ISO 2360 standard.
