Frameless sliding door for glass doors LBFL

Internal and external glass doors to create bright environments

Le polished flush doors are Frameless doors with glass doors composed of one or more panels without perimeter profiles; the glass doors are connected to the track thanks to a very thin profile that hooks the glass on the upper side.
The result is a continuous surface free of visible interruptions, with no protruding profiles or noticeable frames.
These interior doors, thanks to their elegant and minimalist aesthetics, are highly appreciated by architects and designers, used in residential settings, offices, and commercial spaces, whether in modern design environments or historic buildings.

Available Configurations

Single or double sliding doors with the possibility of adding fixed side doors for a greater visual and functional impact.
Telescopic version with four movable doors and two fixed lateral doors to maximise the width of the passage.
Installation on architrave or with self-supporting profile integrated for perfect harmonization with the structure.
Lock option: by adding a bottom profile and a floor guide it is possible to insert a lock in the bottom crosspiece.

Safety and Regulations

Escape routes and emergencies: in combination with redundant automation (see series Revolus), our doors can be installed along evacuation routes in compliance with current regulations.
EN 16005 Certification: The system complies with European safety standards for automatic pedestrian doors.
Opening and closing in case of glass breakage: we guarantee safe operation even in the event of total or partial breakage of one of the glass panes.

Custom-made structural element designed for the construction of a Maximum size mobile door ended up equal to:

The final dimensions are made in accordance with the definition by part of the Customer; stainless steel cladding sheets are specific to the requested order.
The accessories they are those necessary for assembling the clamp and tightening the glass; spacer shims are excluded.
Are not expected sliding shoes and fixing accessories for fixed glass windows; available individually in the catalogue.

The Standard Finish of the AISI 304 steel covers is Scotch-Brite brushed; others on request.
The customer proceeds with the complete development of the entrance; from survey to design to manufacturing and installation.
The installation in progress it is foreseen in the door frame with the automation fixed directly on the door lintel; alternatively it is possible to use the Self-supporting Support Profile as a structural element for anchoring the automation and the mobile doors.

Le automatic doors LABEL are designed to ensure safety thanks to advanced technologies and innovative materials. In the event of breakage, tempered or laminated glass is designed to minimize risks, avoiding dangerous splinters and maintaining the functionality of the door. LABEL complies with the most stringent European certifications, including ISO 9001, EC and the legislation EN 16005, to ensure high standards of quality, performance and safety. With strict control in production and the use of high-quality materials, LABEL offers safe and reliable solutions, compliant with international standards.

The profiles LABEL comply with the following regulations:
RPN 377649 – Determination of the detachment force of the polished wire system and verification of the post-fracture fatigue behaviour according to internal methods.

Surface finishes for aluminium profiles

Anodic Oxidation Treatment in accordance with the QUALANOD EURAS/ EWAA quality mark guidelines.
The treatments are carried out in full compliance with the EN ISO 7599 Standard “Anodizing of aluminum and its two alloys. General specifications for the anodic oxide layer”, performed on profiles pre-treated superficially by micro-shot peening or chemical satin finishing.
The oxide thickness is 15 microns with hot dip fixing.
Thermosetting Powder Coating Treatment in accordance with the QUALICOAT quality mark guidelines.
The treatments are carried out in full compliance with the EN 12206-1 Standard “Coatings of aluminium and aluminium alloys for architectural applications
– Part 1: Coatings prepared from thermosetting powder materials”.
The powders used are based on TGIC-free polyester resins in Class 1; the minimum thickness of a coating layer is 60 microns measured in accordance with the ISO 2360 standard.
