Delivery methods

The aluminum doors LB18 They can be supplied with or without glazing in different ways: Catalog components, window frames unspun or window frames assembled.

  • Catalog components: the professional chooses directly from the catalogue LABEL the elements he needs to make the door.
  • Stained glass window frame: is the set of elements needed to compose the aluminum door excluding the glazing. Each component is supplied cut to size, based on the project. This option further reduces assembly times and avoids manufacturing errors.
  • Assembled solution: the aluminium window frame is supplied assembled in all its parts and complete with glass.

Surface finishes for aluminium profiles

  • Anodic Oxidation Treatment in accordance with the QUALANOD EURAS/ EWAA quality mark guidelines.
    The treatments are carried out in full compliance with the EN ISO 7599 Standard “Anodizing of aluminum and its two alloys. General specifications for the anodic oxide layer”, performed on profiles pre-treated superficially by micro-shot peening or chemical satin finishing.
    The oxide thickness is 15 microns with hot dip fixing.
  • Thermosetting Powder Coating Treatment, in accordance with the QUALICOAT quality mark guidelines.
    The treatments are carried out in full compliance with the EN 12206-1 Standard “Coatings of aluminium and aluminium alloys for architectural applications
    – Part 1: Coatings prepared from thermosetting powder materials”.
    The powders used are based on TGIC-free polyester resins in Class 1; the minimum thickness of a coating layer is 60 microns measured in accordance with the ISO 2360 standard.
