La profile bar of the system with a shiny edge for LBFL doors has been designed to ensure an easy installation fast, safe and aesthetically clean. Compatible with 55.2 laminated glass and 10mm tempered glass, it uses a contrasting clamping of the upper glass clamp, eliminating the need for visible frames.
This extruded aluminium EN AW 6060 It has an exclusive design and complies with the CPR Directives and the Machinery Directive (MD) The system can be perfectly integrated with all the automations LABEL and supports glass up to a maximum weight of 120 kg.
The bar is available with a finish in silver anodized or raw aluminum, combining minimal design, resistance and ease of installation.

It consists of an element 3mm thick sheet metal carrier appropriately shaped and drilled. An omega-shaped drawn bar is welded along its entire length above the load-bearing element and allows the use of a quick coupling, using pre-threaded brackets and M8 bolts.
Available glazing: perforated, tempered and laminated glass of thickness 13/14 e 17 / 18 mm.

This profile is perfect for any architectural context; it guarantees high mechanical resistance. and dynamics that make it the perfect solution for glass doors and walls intended to be installed in challenging environments such as shopping centres or airport and station entrances.
Thermal break profiles made with PA66 GF25 polyamide bars; coupling performed in accordance with EN 14024.
Others complementary profiles are obtained from PVC extrusions.

Standard or custom finishes to meet any customer request or specification: the profiles are supplied raw or with a silver anodized finish; it is possible to request Standard RAL or Special RAL paints from sample.
